|RUTGERS S.A.F.E.T.Y. Class
Recreation offers a RUTGERS S.A.F.E.T.Y. class prior to each season for it's coaches and staff. The Rutgers Safety
Certified course is being held on:

Cost: FREE to residents coaching a North Plainfield Recreation program during the current season and $35.00 for all

1. All coaches must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check
2. All coaches must take the Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. course
3. All coaches must be 18 years and older
4. All coaches must wear a Coach's photo I.D. at all times

Men's Softball (Summer), and Adult Archery (Fall). If you are interested

|Open Positions with the Parks & Recreation Commission
|Commissioners are volunteer positions and appointed by the Mayor. If you are
interested in this position, you must first go to Borough Hall and fill out a Talent
Bank form indicating your interest.
If you are interested in being a Coach or Coordinator for any recreation program
or activity, please send an email to the Recreation Director at email@example.com.

|Field Usage Form
Any teams or organizations who need to use a field outside of the days and times already scheduled by the Recreation
Commission for games must complete a Field Usage form and receive approval. Anyone using fields without prior
approval will be asked to leave. Click on the following link to access the Field Usage Form. Forms should be submitted
to Dennis Passe.
Code of Conduct
North Plainfield Recreation has passed an ordinance to implement and adhere to the following Codes of Conduct.

All players, parents, and coaches will need to sign the necessary Code of Conduct.

|Annual Fishing Derby
Congratulations to the Gomes Family from today's fishing derby. Julia Gomes was
the winner of the 24 inch TV!
|2015 Summer Camp Registration
April 4th was the last day to take advantage of summer camp and playground early
bird special. Cost for Summer camp will increase $50 starting April 5th. Playground
will increase to $165.
We will have additional in person sign ups on May 16th and June 6th.
Sign ups will be from 10am to noon at 93 Greenbrook Road.Our goal is to provide
your child a recreational/educational 7 week summer program. Our programs will
begin on Monday, June 22nd and end on Friday, August 7th.
