North Plainfield Recreation currently offers Adult Co-Ed Softball (Spring),
Men's Softball (Summer), Adult Archery (Fall) and Zumba. If you are interested

|Open Positions with the Parks & Recreation Commission
|Commissioners are volunteer positions and appointed by the Mayor. If you are
interested in this position, you must first go to Borough Hall and fill out a Talent
Bank form indicating your interest.
If you are interested in being a Coach or Coordinator for any recreation program
or activity, please send an email to the Recreation Director at

|Field Usage Form
Any teams or organizations who need to use a field outside of the days and
times already scheduled by the Recreation Commission for games must
complete a Field Usage form and receive approval. Anyone using fields without
prior approval will be asked to leave. Click on the following link to access the

North Plainfield Recreation has passed an ordinance to implement and adhere

Easter Egg Hunt THIS Saturday!
The 2014 Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, April 12th at 2:00 pm at
Vermeule for ages 9 and under. The rain date will be April 19th (same
time/location). Download flyer.
Youth Sign-Ups for Tball, Coach Pitch, Softball & Baseball are now closed.
We are still taking registrations for the following Adult Sports: basketball,
volleyball and softball. Residents may drop off their registration form at the
Opening Day for Baseball, Softball and Tball will be Sunday, April 13th. NEW
Parade Route! The parade will start at Green Acres Park at 1:00 pm and end on
Walnut Street between Lower and Upper Krausche fields. Clinics and fun activities
will follow the parade.
If your child does not attend North Plainfield Public Schools and you wish to be
informed of all recreational activities, please email Assistant Director, Roe Woods,
with your name and email information to email@example.com. Roe will be happy to
send out emails to all families informing them of our current events.
